What you'll do:

As a Sr. Talent Development Consultant, you'll be responsible to drive and support the execution of a number of development initiatives aligning to our career mobility vision and overall talent management strategy. You’ll assess organizational needs and influence recommendations to enable career development. Responsibilities include implementing technology, tools, practices, processes, and change management strategies that enable career development and mobility aligned to our broader strategy.

You’ll lead efforts through others without direct authority and apply data to design and influence solutions. And you’ll consult with various partners globally and at multiple levels throughout the organization to deliver solutions, influence decisions, and motivate change.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 or more years of either HR experience in one or a combination of the following: human resources consulting, training and development, organizational effectiveness, organizational development OR business management consulting.
  • Proven track record for strong execution, consultation, and influence with mid to executive level leaders.
  • Must have proven ability to assess organizational effectiveness issues and identify and implement proactive solutions.
  • Proven experience in driving work independently and leading work without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data to inform decisions and inspire change.
  • Experience influencing organizational change in areas such as new technology and practices
  • Demonstrated experience managing one’s own career successfully through experiential development, career movement, and strong credible relationships.

Differentiating Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree and/or career mobility experience.
  • Knowledge of the company, our products, and HR Business Partner/HR Consulting experience.
  • Leadership coaching experience.
  • Technology and/or innovation experience.
  • Business or Global HR experience.
