What You Will Do:

This role is a key leadership interface between Corporate Human Resources specialty functions and assigned clients. Main functions of the Senior HR Business Partner are to (1) promote HR process standardization and process improvement based on feedback from clients and industry best practices, (2)collaborate with operations leadership to improve leadership capabilities, workforce performance, retention, recognition and overall engagement (3)Manages and resolves employee relations issues; this includes working with managers on coaching, counseling, disciplinary action etc. (4)  Works independently under the direction of the Director, HR Business Partnerships.  

Must have a strong attention to detail; requires leadership, organizational and teaching skills. Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor with employees, medical staff, physicians, and patients/families.  The ability to maintain a large scale territory that requires frequent local travel.

What You Will Bring: 

Bachelors Human Resources or related field required

Requires a minimum of five years of human resources experience as a mid-level and/or senior-level generalist/business partner. Demonstrated experience applying laws and policies to employee relations issues for a favorable outcome. Experience in training, facilitation and team building is highly desirable.

  • Health care experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with physicians and physician practices is strongly desired

Certification & Licensures
PHR or SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred

Requires ability to review multiple data sources and prepare and present concise analysis.
