The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant and trusted advisor to dedicated division(s) in support of their business objectives.

The HRBP works closely with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure strong decision support and consultation to the business in the areas of Talent, Organizational Design, Total Rewards, Employee Relations and Organizational Development.

Relationships for this position span all levels of the organization – employees and senior leaders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Serves as the primary HR liaison and relationship manager for assigned division(s), providing consultation and support in service of business objectives - connecting dots between business strategies, workforce analytics, best practices, organizational design and talent.
  •  In partnership with their division(s) and the HR COEs, the HRBP fosters:
  • A high performance culture of ownership and accountability in a feedback rich environment. (i.e. coaching, consultation, facilitation - talent and performance calibrations, support/development of tools, processes).
  • Organizational readiness and agility through the facilitation and integration of strategic change management principals and various communication vehicles.
  • Leads, co-leads or participates in key initiatives, special projects and charters in support of business objectives within the division(s) they support, within HR and across the organization where needed.


Requirements

Required Basic Qualifications

  • BA degree in Business, Human Relations or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 or more years of progressive leadership within Human Resources in a consultative, strategic role including  organizational development with team management experience
