Your Job

  • Assist the team in the administration of benefit plans and programs and provide payroll processing back-up

  • Collaborate in the analysis and evolution of SES benefits

  • Ensure data integrity of SAP for benefits records and documents

  • Help to maintain HR databases up-to-date (e.g. hiring, departures and transfers of employees)

  • Support the Senior Specialist, Payroll & HRIS in the testing of SAP system updates as well as in the audit of 401k and payroll trials on a bi-weekly basis

  • Assist with the annual compliance testing and financial audit of the SES 401k plan

  • Update intranet and collaboration tools with Compensation & Benefits related content

  • Supports the SES Wellness Program

  • Process all U.S. Compensation & Benefits invoices

Requirements

Your Competencies

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within benefit administration

  • Strong collaborator and team player

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an accurate and organized manner with affinity for numbers

  • Customer service minded

  • Great communication skills

  • Maintain confidentiality in daily operations and conduct responsibilities in a professional manner

  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to demonstrate problem sensitivity

  • Ability to work independently

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or progressive relevant work experience

  • Maximum 3-5 years of Benefits, Payroll or Human Resources experience

  • Strong computer skills including advanced excel skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Optional Skills 

  • SAP experience a plus

  • Payroll experience as well as experience with ADP a plus

  • Experience with South America benefits and/or payroll a plus

  • Additional languages – Portuguese or Spanish a plus
