Rudolph Technologies continues to grow our company, expand our facilities and to innovate our technology.  In order to achieve our goals, we are adding a Sr. Talent Acquisition position to our team to help spread our employment message and to attract top technical talent.  The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the entire talent acquisition process from generating the pipeline through onboarding new employees.  This position will be a core member of the HR Team and will provide support and/or lead special projects and assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively utilize ATS and online recruitment tools to manage talent acquisition process
  • Work with hiring managers to budget and gain approval for requisitions with appropriate salary ranges
  • Strategically partner with hiring managers and leverage knowledge of their hiring needs and search requirements to effectively match candidates
  • Evaluate applicants’ skill level, interview candidates, and arrange team interviews
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Provide a high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to onboarding
  • Negotiate complex offers to close candidates
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure new employees become fully integrated into the company quickly
  • Schedule and conduct 30/90 day follow up meetings with new employees
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates, develop a pool of qualified ‘want to hire’ candidates in advance of need, and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and research new recruiting strategies on an ongoing basis
  • Manage the use of temporary agencies for temporary employees 
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; emphasize benefits and promote company's reputation as a great place to work
  • Coordinate college recruiting initiatives and develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting interns
  • Attend career fairs and promote our employer brand
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale and source new candidate leads.  Manage the employee referral bonus program.
  • Conduct exit interviews with terminating employees
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws concerning hiring and pay equity
  • Support and/or lead HR Team on special projects and assignments

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
  • Experience conducting new hire orientations.
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS preferred
  • Experience in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruiting efforts.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • SHRM-CP or PHR or recruiting related certification preferred
  • Experience closing technical candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a team environment.
