We are a global communications agency. We work seamlessly across our global offices to help ambitious companies change the game. When you work with us, we connect and support you in a way that allows you to achieve limitless success and career growth. We are Bulldog Reporter's Technology Agency of the Year and Midsize Agency of the Year 2016 and were awarded PR News' Agency Elite - Best in Branding award in 2016.

We are connected, ambitious, adventurous, transparent and proactive, but most of all we are one team working together to be the global alternative to large multi-national agencies.

Our mission is to be the best agency you’ll ever work with.

We are looking for an exceptional person to lead our People & Culture team in North America.

The Senior People & Culture leader works closely with local leadership and the Global People & Culture team to help Hotwire achieve its vision of being the best agency you will ever work with. This means putting in place the forward-thinking, innovative people practices that will deliver an exceptional experience to every team member at Hotwire, while complying with local legislation and our goal of being a borderless global team. You will be a passionate advocate of Hotwire’s culture and ensure that our values are embedded in all our people practices. You will understand our strategic goals and the critical role that People & Culture plays in achieving them.

You will have the technical HR knowledge and practical experience to give pragmatic, commercial advice on people issues and you’ll have the skills to influence people and build relationships at all levels in our business. You will be an important strategic partner to the local President and wider leadership team, balancing the commercial needs of the business with your role as an advocate for our people.

Central to this role is ensuring that Hotwire is recruiting a diverse team of the most talented people in the industry, broadening our skill set and bringing in people from a wide range of backgrounds, to reflect the community we operate in and push our capabilities forwards.

The communications industry is experiencing rapid change and Hotwire is at the forefront of this, delivering exciting new products and services while working towards ambitious growth targets. The Senior People & Culture leader will play a key role in our success, both by developing and recruiting the new skills needed to deliver innovative new services and awesome client service, and by making sure that change is carefully managed and well-received.

You will be a clear thinker, a straight communicator and an effective decision maker, who can cut to what is important and help make things happen at a time of change and growth. Ideally, you will have worked in a global business and you will have experience in a consultancy.
