  • Provide strong analytical and reporting support that will identify opportunities to affect business results, changes to processes and support strategic initiatives
  • Function as a primary analytics and reporting specialist for assigned client group, developing standard reports; design, run and maintain ad hoc queries
  • Program manage annual HR initiatives such as performance management, talent management, merit and bonus planning, as well as realignment activities
  • Help ensure processes are clearly documented, understood and maintained
  • Maintain data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing, and auditing of HR data in conjunction with the finance organization
  • Utilize data, research and analytical insights to improve existing and build new HR programs with maximum business impact
  • Provide analytical and reporting support and make recommendations to improve the type and quality of data available
  • Conduct data analyses, such as regression analysis, factor analysis, multilevel analysis, decision tree and longitudinal analysis
  • Develop a full and detailed understanding of human capital data available across the enterprise including familiarity with all the systems involved in maintaining that data
  • Develop the expertise to be able to access data and report from all platforms and consolidate data into meaningful reports/presentations



  • A minimum of three years of HR analyst or similar work experience, preferably in a multinational setting
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing, consultative role building effective relationships as a partner who adds value to the business
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access including formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, queries, and data collection/import
  • Experience with advanced analysis and familiarity with statistical packages preferred
