The Senior HR Coordinator is at the heart of people transactions at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. This person will play an integral role in the systems, processes, on-boarding, and off-boarding of employees and other programs covering the entire employee life cycle. This position will work with the HR staff as well as with cross-functional partners like IT, Payroll, and Facilities teams. This person should have a passion for continuous process improvement along with a customer-service orientation.

Ambassador for new associate on-boarding beginning with the pre-hire process
Schedule and conduct New Hire Orientation
Maintain all I-9s and EEO forms (for active & termed associates)
Create and maintain associate employment files
Lead processing of terminations and conduct Exit Interviews
HR SharePoint site owner
Timely Workday data input and maintenance of full associate lifecycle with a high level of data integrity and accuracy
Discreet in handling confidential/sensitive information
Provide support to Managers for all changes needed in Workday
Maintain accurate employee data in Workday including, but not limited to, new hire information, termination details of employees, updating organizational structure changes, job titles, salary increases, and other personnel-related data
Process referral bonuses
Participates in supporting the annual employee programs, including employee performance management process, benefits open enrollment, and other employee programs??
Assist with special projects as needed and assigned


Required Skills
High School Diploma/GED or higher
A minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience
Excellent customer service orientation; resourceful and proactive in addressing concerns, opportunities, and proactively solving problems.
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multitask on projects requiring differing skillsets, while maintaining high standards of work on a tight schedule in a fast-paced environment
Solid attention to detail, superior time management and organizational skills
Exceptional collaboration with local team as well as broader HR organization.
Ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in daily work
Ability to prioritize and deliver to timelines, keep projects on time.
Workday HRMS experience a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
