The Senior Director for Talent Acquisition and Process Improvement will lead the talent acquisition efforts through design, implementation and delivery of effective strategies, to source, attract, and build high preforming teams. This role will foster partnerships with departmental leaders to ensure organizational needs are met while forecasting future need in alignment with organizational growth and development. Leveraging data to inform strategy, the Senior Director will advise and mentor members of the Talent Acquisition team on methods to ensure effective hiring and placement of candidates as they enter the employment life cycle. Additionally, the Senior Director will foster and maintain external partnerships with key stakeholders, promoting public relations that establish The Center for Discovery as a recognizable employer of choice. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university with at least five years of related experience and/or 10+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5+ years of people and team management experience, preferably in a human service related organization. Ability to effectively model and communicate The Center for Discovery’s philosophy, culture and practices.
