Monthly Salary: $4,426.43 - $5,682.79

The Human Resources Department is seeking a well-qualified individual to coordinate, administer, and track the Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return-to-Work (RTW) processes from initial employee contact to leave end for occupational and non-occupational illness and/or injuries. This position must establish a culture that seeks to achieve the objectives of the LOA and RTW processes through active and ongoing communication with the employee, department, payroll, and third party administrators. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, organized, detailed, solution-oriented professional with strong analytical skills. This position will also be responsible for developing an effective RTW plan with injured employees for both occupational and non-occupational positions.

Education/Experience: Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business, public administration, or a closely related field; AND one (1) year experience adjusting and/or processing claims, administering a comprehensive safety program, or a closely related field.
