We are looking for a professional Recruitment Manager to design and oversee our company’s high-volume hiring efforts.

As a Recruitment Manager, you’ll work closely with our recruiters to build the talent pipeline and manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, Recruitment Managers should have extensive experience with recruitment techniques and processes, which includes reporting and analytics. The ideal candidates is a leader who is able to motivate and coach a recruiting team.

Your goal as a Recruitment Manager is to oversee our recruitment efforts to ensure we hire qualified employees who are compatible with our culture to meet our current and future needs. Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR recruiting team: Recruit and retain best-in-class recruiters, including training, coaching and mentoring; adjust recruiting department tactics to current market conditions to keep ahead of recruiting needs; build and foster strong relationships between the recruiters and operational partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships: Build trust between recruiters and hiring managers and community partners;
  • Establish recruiting requirements: Study organization plans and objectives; meet with managers to discuss needs; aid in developing, maintaining and using personas to create job postings for each role.
  • Build applicant sources: Research and build partnerships with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites; attend and maximize our presence at career fairs; organize campaigns, programs and events from strategy to execution to build employment brand awareness and generate qualified leads; design and oversee an employment referral program; implement new sourcing methods.
  • Attract applicants: Develop a deep understanding of target candidates to ensure messaging converts prospects into applicants; oversee job advertisement placements; leverage tools via newsgroups, forums and job boards.
  • Determine applicant qualifications: Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; create interview guides; establish best-practice interviewing techniques; analyze responses based on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Provide analytics: Create a reporting cadence with key metrics for a high-volume recruitment environment along with hard-to-fill technical positions; consistently provide data and analysis of recruitment progress to internal and external clients.
  • Improve organization attractiveness: Recommend new policies and practices; monitor job offers and compensation practices; emphasize benefits and perks; market our culture and commitment to the community through relationship building with community partners and potential candidates; propose ways to improve our employment brand.

Requirements

Required:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Active affiliation with HR networks and organizations; ongoing community involvement
  • Hands-on experience in applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Proven success in reporting, forecasting and managing KPIs; understand and use data analytics to inform decisions
  • Necessary skills: Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and rapport-building skills, strong oral and written communication skills (from individuals to large groups), familiarity with social media and other professional networks, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, database management and record keeping)
  • Ability to serve a 24/7 work environment
  • Business travel as necessary (regional job fairs, some out-of-state travel)

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-volume, rapid-pace production environment or customer service center
