We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting professional who desires to be a part of something bigger and pay it forward through exception service.

Position Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Director Compensation and Recruitment, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting the organization’s recruitment process. The Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the full-cycle recruitment and contributing meaningfully to Hunt Military Communities culture and success. This includes identifying, connecting, and evaluating candidates against open requisitions while also helping to drive strategic initiatives and planning the implementation of recruiting campaigns.

Essential Job Functions

  • Full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions and locations including drafting and posting job advertisements/postings for social media and print, and internet job boards (i.e. LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster) and other recruiting sources.
  • Scheduling and coordinating pre-employment and post-offer appointments, generating background checks, and administering new hire processing, as assigned.
  • Organize the appearance and represent the company at job/career fairs.
  • Handle incoming job inquiries, collaborating with Director and/or HRBP as applicable.
  • Source, screen, and asses qualified candidates to meet hiring managers' needs utilizing multiple sources.
  • May coordinate information between the Compensation department and the hiring managers to determine fair and equitable compensation for new hires.
  • Request temporary employees from staffing agencies via the requisitions process, by different departments at Hunt.
  • Perform data entry in the company’s applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance in all recruiting processes.
  • Provide excellent experience to both our internal business partner and candidates alike.
  • Create a positive applicant experience that contributes to our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Treat the sensitive personal data with the highest integrity and with strict confidentiality.
  • Assist with payment processing for different HR vendors.



Requirements

Education

High School diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, and/or related field preferred.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of one to two years of administrative or human resources experience preferred.
  • One year full-cycle recruitment with ATS and HRIS systems tools and resources preferred.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, and other MS Office programs preferred.
  • Ability to maintain and build business relationships with all “customers” including candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
  • Basic understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with proven organizational skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains the highest level of integrity with personal and sensitive information.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instruction, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.

Requires a self-motivated, team player who displays excellent customer service skills and who has ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment and meet deadlines. Must demonstrate strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact, collaborate, and maintain relationships across the organization and with potential candidates. Must demonstrated high ethical standards and high degree of personal ownership/accountability of all work products.
