RXMD is seeking a part-time Recruiter with solid recruitment background in PR or similar industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching colleges, internet sites; networking, cold calling and using past recruitment experiences in PR agency.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting industry groups.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ year’s recruitment experience in healthcare, medical communications PR agency a MUST.
  • Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management required.
  • Possess a passion for recruiting.
  • B.S. degree in communications or related field a plus.
