Responsibilities:

  • Manages full lifecycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Evaluates candidate qualifications against position requirements to determine whom to move forward in the recruitment process.
  • Manages the interviews, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in the recruiting process.
  • When requested, prepares and maintains a variety of recruitment activity reports.
  • Develops and manages recruitment advertising to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align with the search requirements.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Shares recruitment knowledge and skills with hiring managers, and creates a climate of effective and positive communication.
  • Requires consistent contact and follow-up communication with managers, applicants and internal staff.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills when conferring with hiring managers/candidates.
  • Understands recruitment talent for area of responsibility and ability to educate the hiring manager about the employment market and the supply of talent for a particular job.
  • Manages multiple assignments simultaneously in a high-volume recruitment environment and maintains customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Three years of recruitment experience in a high-volume service or healthcare industry.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Experience with ATS systems (preferably iCIMS).
  • Interviewing and negotiation skills.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly, deliver results under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
