This role may either be full-time part-time!

Key Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Coordinates Annual hiring needs with Sr. Management and develops strategic plan to meet targets.
  • Identify, approach and engage active and passive candidates through internal and external channels.
  • Represents Syserco as a “Best Place to Work” and the employer of choice.
  • Builds and maintains candidate pool and talent pipeline.
  • Oversees College Outreach and Recruiting Efforts.
  • Oversees Military Outreach and Recruiting Efforts.
  • Coordinates and manages 3rd Party Recruiters as applicable.
  • Coordinates employee referral program.
  • Manages Job Postings to Company Website as well as other external job sites,
  • Oversees internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Conducts initial candidate screens / interviews for hiring managers.
  • Conducts Employment verifications.
  • Coordinates background checks and new-hire drug testing.
  • Conducts orientation / onboarding of new employees.
  • Conducts exit interviews with terminated employees

Desired Skills, Attributes and Qualifications include the following:

  • Expert Level knowledge of Glass Door and other well-known recruiting vehicles.
  • Must be flexible with schedule to allow for non-traditional meeting times (periodic early morning or late afternoon interviews, etc)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, professional appearance and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to independently initiate action under areas of responsibility
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and completeness of work performed
  • Ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Willing to travel for recruiting and outreach efforts.
  • Work effectively with all levels of employees and under general supervision
