Drives major process improvement initiatives to achieve increased efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and streamline business operations. Manages multiple projects simultaneously. These projects are centered on process improvements and increasing productivity and customer satisfaction, while having high project visibility and impact.

Requirements

Experienced Human Resources Manager with credentialing from the Society of Human Resource Management, Human Resources Certification Institute, IPMA, or other Human Resources-related organization; and

Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or as a Sterling Reviewer; and

Five years of demonstrated project management experience implementing effective process improvement initiatives to establish a strong service culture using a proven process improvement methodology such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or Sterling, etc.
