  • Manage, implement, administer, and communicate global and domestic compensation programs and the supporting processes.
  • Serve as an internal consultant on matters related to global compensation including job review, annual salary/bonus administration, sales incentives design and administration, and offers of employment.
  • Review and manage comprehensive internal/ external market analysis to ensure competitive compensation programs.  Develop change recommendation as result of analysis.
  • Maintain, update and analyze compensation data and trends to ensure consistency of program administration.  Review identified issues and provide recommendations based on research, analysis and internal/ external benchmarking.
  • Lead compensation initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the compensation programs & supporting platform/processes through strategic management of broader HR team, partnership with other departments like Finance, and consultative relationship with managers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement; recommend solutions leveraging best practices. Develop and document processes/ procedures as appropriate.  Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize opportunities to improve the workflows for the Compensation function and team.
  • Develop and facilitate compensation training programs to increase understanding of CoreLogic philosophy, programs and administration.  Scope may include annual compensation administration, sales/ incentive compensation and/or reward and recognition programs.
  • Maintain audit process to maintain data integrity of assigned compensation programs/ processes; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support audit and/or control requirements as needed.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of industry, state and federal trends pertaining to compensation administration.  Ensure compliance with CoreLogic policies, processes and practices.
  • Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of internal/ external relationships across the organization.
  • Role model CoreLogic’s ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education & experience) in Human Resources, , Business Administration or related field with minimum of 5+ years’ experience in compensation administration.  MBA preferred.  (Senior level targets 10+ years’ experience).
  • 5-7 demonstrated knowledge and experience in the planning, administering and leading annual salary administration processes and variable compensation plans with a focus on short-term incentives; experience with international and/or sales compensation design preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience applying compensation theories, principles and best practices; benchmarking and market pricing processes; and job evaluation concepts and methodology required. 
  • Demonstrated ability to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of financial and employee data.
  • Strong written/ verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Consultative and collaborative work style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the organization. 
  • Strong negotiation skills; demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence peer groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, lead by influence, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills; solid decision making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations for remediation.  Sound judgment.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and bring assignments to successful completion.
  • Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple projects, engaging key stakeholders and driving accountability for meeting deliverables within established timelines.
  • Strong fiscal and mathematical aptitude; ability to conduct statistical analysis and make documented complex assessments required.
  • High degree of business acumen, operational understanding with the ability to execute initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Understanding of systems and their application to advance efficiency of operation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
