Palantir.net is a full-service web agency that works to strengthen humanity by helping others discover, create, and share knowledge. Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of the work we do. We are able to achieve high-levels of collaboration internally and externally because our values are based on a foundation of treating others with respect, kindness, encouragement, and trust. We assume the very best in people as a starting point — a view that emanates throughout our team and extends to our relationships with clients. Because of these values, we are able to attract and retain an amazingly talented, creative, and passionate staff. We know the true value of our company is the people who work here, and we work very hard to demonstrate to our team how much we value them. We are looking for a person who can help us grow and nurture our amazing team.

Palantir’s culture is focused on doing what is right, being honest with each other and our clients, and solving the hard problems our clients can’t solve for themselves. We encourage open  dialogue and debate, creative problem solving, and self directed learning. Our philosophy is rooted in the idea that people can do their best work when they feel they have a supportive place to work and the company advocates for new and better ways of promoting a progressive work environment.

At Palantir we have a role dedicated to being the champion of this culture. This person has the unique opportunity to embody Palantir’s values and impact every member of our team by cultivating and nurturing a remote-first work environment that prioritizes collaboration, inclusion, and doing our best work in service to our clients and each other.

The primary focus of this role is the health, development, and support of Palantiri. In other words, all things people. The day to day tasks encompass onboarding new employees, benefits administration, coaching & talent development, recruiting, cultivating and exuding our unique and inclusive culture.
