Revantage Corporate Services is a newly formed company created to provide a shared services platform consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology professionals to support Blackstone’s various real estate businesses in multifamily (LivCor, commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), and hotel (BRE Hotels and Resorts) assets. Revantage Corporate Services is headquartered in Chicago, IL, and has approximately 150 employees.

With a focus on exceptional service delivery to multiple Blackstone Real Estate Portfolio Companies, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator will assist the Sr. Payroll Administrator with payroll administration and coordinate benefits with our third-party benefits partner, other providers and our employees. In addition, this position will assist with data gathering and report creation in the areas of compliance, benefits and compensation.


  • Payroll + timekeeping administration (50% of time)
  • Leave of absence administration and coordination
  • Employee separation calculation and payments
  • Ancillary benefits administration
  • ACA reporting
  • Affirmative action, vets and OFCP reporting
  • Open enrollment coordination
  • Time off program administration
  • Pay planning and compensation support
  • Other job duties, as assigned


  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Advanced level skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be flexible in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Collaborative open approach to work and team members.
  • Excellent people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible.
