Florida Hospital seeks to hire Organizational Transformation Senior Change Partner who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

The Organizational Transformation Senior Change Partner is responsible for partnering with organizational leaders, human resources and project teams to drive business-critical change initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be to develop change strategies and governance processes while creating and implementing change plans. The position will minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement by driving faster adoption and higher proficiency with changes impacting employees. The role will engage the organization at all levels to ensure desired business results are achieved or exceeded. Integrates and leverages Adventist Health System culture framework (mission, vision, values, service standards) to shape and synchronize communications and project management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of communications and change management, transformation experience
  • A Master’s degree is required, preferably in organization development, human resources management, business or a related field
  • Extensive experience leading change management and communication efforts for multiple complex implementations such as organizational design and shared service implementations
  • Extensive understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach 
  • Experience leading full lifecycle change management projects
  • Experience leading and executing against a complex, comprehensive communications plan
  • Track record of delivering atC-Suitelevel, major business change programs including executive alignment and stakeholder management
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges,
  • Strong demonstration of analytical skills and ability to prepare executive ready materials
  • Experience in healthcare organizations (Preferred)
  • Certified in at least one professional certification such as Organizational Development, Culture, Change or Organization Design
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Certification in Prosci Change Methodology (Preferred)
