Job Summary

 

Under limited direction, integrates advanced recruiting technologies and sourcing strategies to create an optimal recruiting process. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and business unit leadership to build and maintain efficient recruiting processes, systems and strong talent networks to meet business needs and hire world-class talent for a variety of roles at all levels. Tests new functionality within applicant tracking systems and creates and conducts user acceptance testing, when needed. Leads projects which impacts data maintenance, updates and configuration. Establishes standard operating procedures and system governance. Plans the system configuration to improve the full process from requisition to onboarding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Configures and/or supports other HRIS team members with the configuration of applicant tracking system integrations, and cloud updates and releases
  • Audits data contained within, archives data and performs general system maintenance
  • Builds reports to track and deliver requisition status and recruiting KPIs and centralizes reporting
  • Consults with the Talent Acquisition team to educate on sourcing trends, develop ideal candidate profiles and address recruitment challenges as it relates to attracting and retaining top talent
  • Serves as an internal subject matter expert on niche hiring at DENSO and serves as a resource to NA leadership, HR business partners and Talent Acquisition peers
  • Utilizes Excel and visual basic programming to create data automation and highly advanced data tracking tools when sufficient data is not available through the ATS
  • Communicates to and trains recruiters and hiring managers on system usage
  • Establishes standard operating procedures and system governance. Plans the system configuration to improve the full process from requisition to onboarding
  • Leads recruiting projects involving systems, programming and configuration
  • Performs the full cycle from requirements gathering and testing through the final implementation and reporting
  • Develops, automates and implements an unbiased interview and selection process
  • Develops and implements advanced automated and innovative candidate sourcing strategies based upon industry trends, competitor research and organizational need. Builds divers and maintains qualified talent
    communities and pipelines for key and critical positions by leveraging current and new technologies and other creative strategies. Continuously benchmarks new sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
  • Evaluates, manages and develops search/recruiting resources (search firms, contractors, job-boards, membership directories, etc.)

Requirements

Minimum Level of Education and Training Required

 

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or other related field and 5-8 years of relevant experience; including both strong experience in ATS and in recruitment process outsourcing in automotive manufacturing or high tech organizations.

 

Minimum Level of Knowledge and Skills Required


• Strong Excel skills
• Advanced sourcing capabilities with strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices
• Certification in one or more: Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Social Sourcing (CSSR), Certified Diversity and Inclusion (CDR), Military (CMVR)
• In-depth knowledge of information systems policies, procedures and terms
• Experience in system configuration and KPI tracking
• Strong project management skills, including identifying and scheduling process steps, determining resources and staff required to successfully complete assigned projects or project steps and reporting on project milestones
• Flexibility to travel local, regionally and nationally
• Strong continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to apply process improvement planning and checking to own work output and to assist others with identifying gaps in work results

 

Preferred:

  • Advanced knowledge of Taleo Fusion (TEE), with an ability to build and maintain TCC integration
    Advanced experience in Taleo OBI reporting and dashboard
  • ATS experience in an RPO environment
  • Experience moving from a decentralized to a standard process, for Regional and/or Global organization
