As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will act as one of our most important brand ambassadors to engage with enthusiastic people to put their knowledge to work to drive change. As a business partner, you will work with leaders across the organization to help understand their needs and find the right people to not only do the job but foster a culture of innovation and growth. Your passion for recruiting will be evident in your ability to network and build relationships, allowing the organization to fill open positions through a proactive approach.   • Lead the creation of robust and innovative search strategies to identify and attract the best candidates
  • Develop and implement best practices to ensure a top-notch candidate experience
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, keeping in line with employer brand and voice
  • Track recruitment KPIs including time to fill, employee turnover, recruitment spend and progress towards our Affirmative Action plan. Conduct analysis and develop action plans for continuous improvement
  • Conduct intake meeting with hiring managers, phone screens, present strong candidate summaries, perform initial interviews, and participate in debriefs with managers
  • Support subsidiary branch HR managers in their recruitment efforts by offering guidance, resources and training
  • Educate and positively influence the hiring manager on recruitment expectations and timelines. Provide excellent customer service to leaders and candidates, ensuring responsive communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with specialized recruiting firms, schools and associations to ensure a continuous pipeline of available talent
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage the on-boarding and new hire orientation process
  • Work with Marketing department to provide effective content for our career sites and social media postings
  • Supervise the Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Maintain an awareness of company objectives to provide support and partnership as needed







  • A minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience. Affirmative Action recruiting experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Enthusiasm as a Kyocera brand ambassador
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking software and recruiting resources such as CareerBuilder and LinkedIn
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills; excellent follow through, detail-orientated and resourceful
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners
  • Strong customer service and negotiating skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
