  • Reviews, updates and manages internal operations processes regarding work design, production of AAPs and related deliverables, scheduling, and staff development to assure quality in product and timely service delivery.
  • Develops and presents training programs for clients’ professional development on regulatory compliance topics, including AAP methodology, interpretation of statistical analyses, AAP implementation, etc.
  • Provides consulting services to clients on regulatory compliance audit activity, including conducting various statistical adverse impact analyses and compensation analyses using multiple regression.
  • Represents clients to mitigate issues arising during a compliance evaluation.
  • Assists in developing and managing the organization’s strategic plans for business development, growth and profitability.
  • Supports sales for client acquisition, retention, and revenue goals achievement.
  • Prepares, maintains & implements affirmative action plans for companies nationwide as required by Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s guidelines on affirmative action.
  • Conducts all facets of the technical components of the AAP such as data checks, data set-up for analyses, statistical analyses


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills with all internal and external customers, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Affirmative Action Compliance and Enforcement
  • Have a solid understanding of a client-facing, HR business partner service model, as well as strong consultative, negotiation, analytical, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and prepare reports.
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving, and financial understanding and skills required.
  • Ability to work productively and effectively under pressure, remaining flexible with shifting and conflicting priorities.
  • Act as a resource to all levels of staff.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
