Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, an international law firm, is actively recruiting a Lawyer Resources and Development Administrator in our New York or Richmond office. This position provides direct support to the Office Lawyer Recruiting and Development (OLRD) Team Management to administer and manage a variety of firm-wide OLRD responsibilities and initiatives related to associate compensation and evaluation program, lawyer recruiting and onboarding, diversity and inclusion, and professional development. Supports an array of complex and confidential functions with a high degree of proficiency on behalf of firm management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Administers various firm processes, policies and best practices related to lawyer resources/HR functions, recruitment compliance and analytics, onboarding, diversity and inclusion, hiring, approvals, use of search firms. 
2. Manages firm’s applicant tracking database, to include security access, auditing, reporting, data entry options, and other system administration functions. Works with outside vendor to implement changes. Develops and implements best practices associated with use of database. Develops and conducts training programs to ensure staff are properly trained.
3. Develops tools for measurement and reporting for Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule 3.0 Certification Parameters, and manages tracking of data for compliance with Mansfield Rule 3.0. 
4. Provides support for the firm’s associate compensation and evaluation program. 
5. Support management of employment, transition and departure terms for lawyers. Monitors and audits implementation of all terms and ensure proper documentation for all arrangements. 
6. Serves as a member of the Due Diligence Team.
7. Identifies and develops reporting mechanisms for recruiting and other statistics. Prepares, organizes and maintains firm-wide statistical information, reports, and policies. Trains staff on reporting options and best practices.
8. Develops agenda and materials for team meetings. 
9. Drafts, recommends, and administers content for firm-wide registration forms and surveys and responds to routine data requests. 
10. Performs special projects related to recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and professional development programs as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
2. Experience: : Five or more years of previous statistical analysis and personnel/resources experience in a law firm, professional services environment or other client relationship-based organization
3. Other Qualifications: Frequent travel may be required. Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines. Accurate typing, word processing and ability to pay strict attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong commitment to client service excellence and teamwork. Must possess the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism. Must act as catalyst for change, drive own results. Creative and innovative. Sound judgment and flexibility. Ability to work well under pressure, patience, diplomacy, high stress tolerance, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions. Visual acuity needed to process and read extensive written communications. Ability to receive and convey detailed information through oral communication. Essential competency processes include language ability, reasoning and memory.
