We are open to hiring either a senior or junior level candidate for this position.

Requirements

Qualifications for the Labor Relations Partner include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines. Master’s degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP, SPHR/SHRM. Or JD preferred.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws.
  • Skill in writing clear, concise, analytical, legally correct, accurate and persuasive briefs, grievance responses, and management positions.
  • Skill in analyzing labor relations information, data, problems, practices or procedures to define problems objects, consider alternative solutions, consequences, and propose solutions.

Sr. Partner Qualifications:

  • 5 years as either HR Partner, HR Consultant, or Labor Relations Specialist; healthcare industry preferred.
  • Experience with resolving and addressing grievances and arbitration.
  • Experience in negotiations as it pertains to collective bargaining agreements.

Jr. Partner Qualifications

  • 3 years HR Partner, HR Consultant, or Labor Relations experience; healthcare industry preferred.
  • Experience with resolving and addressing grievances and arbitration.
