Provide strategic business direction, coordination and compliance in all areas of Human Resource (HR) management including: organizational development, talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, and learning and development. Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervise and coach direct reports in performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Partner with senior business leaders and their leadership teams to aggressively acquire and develop talent to support our tremendous growth
  • Drive and champion change management for transformative initiatives and strategies to enable new ways of working; continuously adapt the performance structure to leverage resources, talents and optimize service to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers
  • Partner with Corporate and Business Unit HR to coordinate the development and execution of enterprise programs, systems, and processes to support the business
  • Ensure effective and consistent total rewards administration to include HR policies, company-sponsored benefit plans, and company recognition programs
  • Support a high-performance culture by communicating, teaching, influencing, and leading the execution of consistent processes around talent assessment, succession planning, recognition, and performance management
  • Champion associate engagement to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Provide guidance to associate councils and resource groups to support company objective for an inclusive business culture
  • Build a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, understanding how trends affect our business and culture; create an employer-of-choice work environment where associates can thrive and grow
  • Leverage analytics and workforce planning activities to measure engagement, drive learning and retention to sustain the business today and build capability for the future
  • Partner with Law and Asset Protection departments on critical associate issues and labor and employment matters

Requirements

  • 7+ years professional HR experience, with experience supporting and influencing senior executives and leadership
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment to translate strategic goals into talent programs that expertly balance the evolving priorities of the business
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with business owners, peers, subordinates and other key stakeholders
  • Experience leading a high-performance team
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
