Talent & Culture L&D is a global team that aspires to enable our workforce transformation by delivering enterprise wide, strategic, professional and leadership learning solutions that are innovative, relevant and learner centric.   We do this by partnering with key HR partners to help enable the people strategies of the orgs they support and by partnering with cross functional business L&D orgs to augment the technical, functional solutions they deliver.  We stay current and listen to our customers and market trends.

Our Leadership Development Facilitators around the globe are key contributors to developing Inspiring leaders. A strong candidate will bring knowledge and application of adult learning and instructional design theories, an authentic passion for developing people, commitment to positive customer experience, and is agile with the ability to adjust and apply multiple facilitation techniques to address learner needs in the moment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver our signature Leadership Development offerings to all levels of non-executive leaders. Each leadership development offering is 2-3 days in length.
  • Model facilitation excellence and be able to assist global and regional peers to deliver our signature offerings, both in person and virtually.
  • Challenge leaders to apply and cascade their newly acquired skills post-workshop.
  • Apply experiential learning principles and a âœworkshop mindset❠to deliver transformative multi-modal opportunities for learning (i.e., classroom experiences, micro-learning, AR/VR, action-based and experiential learning, hackathons, pod casts, etc.)
  • Work closely with the regional Talent & Culture Operations team. The operations team will help with classroom set up and breakdown, communications and post-workshop evaluation/feedback.
  • Work closely with the global Talent & Culture instructional designers and offer suggestions/feedback to improve content quality and participant experience.
  • Work closely with key local HR partners and APJ Talent & Culture L&D liaisons to understand local learning needs and when needed, consult with local HR & L&D partners on leadership development solutions.
  • Build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to cascade our leadership development strategy and build credibility as a subject matter expert.

    Essential Requirements

    • Brings innovation, energy and passion around learning and development
    • Strong instructor/classroom presence with exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization
    • Expertise with traditional classroom, experiential, and new digital forms of training; ability to adapt curriculum/programs to alternative delivery channels such as eLearning, onDemand learning, self-study toolkits, and internal corporate learning platforms
    • Requires an advanced background in learning and development with 5-7 + years of experience delivering curriculum to a global audience
    • Ability to change in a fast paced environment and lead through ambiguity
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with an eye for detail
    • High familiarity and comfort with technology to support digital and virtual learning modalities
    • Ability to work interdependently and collaboratively
    • Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 25%)

      • Ability to speak Korean, in addition to English and Japanese, is ideal,  but not required.
