We are hiring a Human Resource Manager within our Human Resources Department.   


Responsibilities in your area will include:


  • Contribute to the business by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures and processes.
  • Advise leaders on the development of a robust talent pipeline that meets current and future business needs.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and team members as it relates to performance management, employee relations matters and culture.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure a strong leadership culture permeates the organization.
  • Diagnose, analyze, problem-solve and find solutions to organizational and people issues.
  • Engage with team members to continuously understand the work environment and their needs and concerns.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement plans to drive needed changes.
  • Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR processes and initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices, laws and key trends.
  • Manage specific projects as determined by the HR and business leaders.
  • Manage all HR programs and activities for assigned customer groups.

  • Flexible with schedule, able to be available to provide support to call center environment during hours of operation


Position Qualifications: 


Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Senior Generalist/Manager capacity.
  • Experience in supporting an exempt/non-exempt workforce


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR a plus.
  • Experience supporting a call center strongly preferred.

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
