This position will be responsible for benefits, training and development planning and human resources compliance planning and administration.

The benefit responsibilities will include:

  • Enrolling employees in benefit plans.  Processing disability claims and leaves.
  • Coordinating with employees and advocate services regarding benefit questions.
  • Researching benefit plan programs and solutions to address the needs and desires of our employees.
  • Rolling out new benefit programs and plans. 
  • Updating company resources with current benefit information, coordinating informational sessions for employees and facilitating wellness committee.

The training responsibilities will include:

  • Developing materials to communicate training programs.
  • Develop materials for internal training programs.
  • Setting up training coordinating facilities, travel and meals.
  • Researching training vendor and resources based on identified training needs.
  • Meet with Sr. Managers to identify training needs.
  • Following up for feedback on training sessions. 

The HR compliance responsibilities will include:

  • Updating company handbook
  • Updating company job descriptions
  • Working with HR Director on the application and processing of immigration visas

Requirements

3- 5 years of Human Resources experience.

Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast pace department

Communication skills are the most critical requirement of this position, the department operates to support an employee focused culture and this position will be communicating across a diverse group of employees.
