This person will assist in the execution of HR programs and processes relative to employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation administration, benefit program administration, Client relationship management and special projects. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 
•Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedure manuals. 
•Partners with the HR Client Services Manager to develop department goals, objectives, and systems. 
•Partners with the HR Client Services Manager to administer Compensation changes, support recruitment efforts and needs, both with system driven data inputting needs as well as execution of various employment actions. 
•Supports the HR Client Services Manager in facilitation of meetings and training sessions for the client. 
•Assists in conducting new-employee orientations; monitors career pathing program. 
•Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing. 
•Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. 
•Inputs and maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database. 
•Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. 
•Performs other related duties as required and assigned. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
•Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration. 
•Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written. 
•Strong understanding of state and federal requirements and regulations. 

Education Requirements (Essential Requirements): 
•Bachelor’s degree. 

Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements): 
•Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources.
