The HR Generalist will support a full range of HR programs including onboarding, employee relations, HRIS, benefits, payroll administration, and other HR projects as assigned. The ideal candidate must be well organized, professional in both demeanor and presentation, adaptable in attitude, and remain calm under pressure.  Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for day-to-day HR Support.
  • Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Advise employees on various HR related matters related to the interpretation of company policies.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Handle day-to-day benefits administration. Understand benefits plans and act as point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits.
  • Assist with design and implementation of wellness initiatives
  • Maintain HRIS system and ensure accuracy and timely updates of employee records.
  • Assist in the coordination and planning of company events that incorporate team building, employee recognition, and collaboration.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
  • Regularly monitor accuracy of HR documents and forms to ensure information current and up to date.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
  • Recommend improvements to policies, programs, and procedures related to the effectiveness of the HR function.
  • Act as back-up for employment verifications.
  • Handle other special projects as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years of general HR experience
  • Goal-driven, self-starter with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with strong sense of judgement
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, tact, and diplomacy
  •  Demonstrated conflict resolution, problem solving, and analytical skills
  •  Ability to establish rapport with all levels of employees within the organization
  •  Comfortable with fast-paced, demanding and changing environment that requires collaboration across the organization
  • Must have the ability to multitask with strong time/priority management skills.
  • Computer literacy with the following Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with third-party payroll systems.
