We have over 1400 providers and staff in 14 locations who create a patient experience that we consider second to none. We have more than doubled in size in the past 10 years and we are on track for continued growth and expansions of services.

We are seeking a replacement for our long serving and retiring Human Resources Director. The HR department is a well-regarded group who are integrated in all aspects of employees’ work lives and actively support the organization’s strategy and senior leadership team and physicians.

This a great opportunity for a seasoned human resources manager or director who is ready to join the fast paced, service focused, and quickly changing health care industry. This is a hands on role and we are looking for candidates who are well versed in multiple HR disciplines and process improvement methodologies.  You will inherit mature and effective systems and processes that have potential for improvement, and a deeply experienced team of HR professionals.
