The Human Resources Coordinator assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining new hire and temporary employee files
  • Ensuring invoices and expenses are coded and submitted correctly and paid on time
  • Responsible for entering and processing employee changes in UltiPro
  • Posting and maintaining current job openings
  • Assist with various mailings
  • Maintain and update benefit invoices, submit for payment in timely fashion
  • Coordination of various wellness activities throughout the year, including but not limited to Flu Shot Clinics and PC Massages
  • Assist with various reports as needed
  • Coordinate and assist with Wellness Committee Meetings
  • Employment verifications
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred or commensurate experience
  • 0-3 years’ experience working in related field
  • Comfortable working in a pro-Israel political environment required
  • Experience working with HRIS system preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
