General Description
The human resources business partner serves as an influential people partner, advising clients in his/her assigned area or location on progressive people programs. He/she solves organizational challenges by partnering with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts on the design and implementation of staffing, onboarding, performance management, organizational effectiveness, retention, and succession programs to help grow the business.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years progressive experience in HR or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Experience working with, coaching and influencing leaders and team members
  • Experience in a growing, evolving organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in business, HR or a related field
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR or GPHR
  • Consulting experience and/or experience with diverse portfolio management in a fast-paced environment
