Human Resources and Payroll Manager (Healthcare)

  1. Synchronizes and maintains employee and organizational data through HRIS.
  2. Recruiting and participating in the interview process of applicants.
  3. Conduct new hire orientation, and processes paperwork including new hire license, background, reference and all other new hire related information.
  4. Responsible for filing organizational, employee and state/federal compliance information.
  5. Contributes in the development of employee appreciation events, activities and rewards.
  6. Organizes, files and maintains payroll, employee benefit records and federal/state compliance information to maintain consistent with legal practices.
  7. Performs additional duties as delegated by the VP of  Human Resources.
  8. Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required.
  9. Coordinates payroll including employee leave and overtime.

4 year college degree in HR or related field
PHR/SHRM-CP  or similar certification is preferred
1-2 years of experience in HR and Payroll at healthcare industry ( nursing home or hospital environment) required
