Located on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe, Incline Village GID provides recreation (beach/golf/recreation/ski) and utility (water/sewer/trash) services for Incline Village and Crystal Bay, Nevada.

 

Looking for a dynamic and experienced person to join our dedicated HR team and perform a variety of technical and professional activities primarily in the functions of recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits administration and employee relations, under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities include District-wide recruitment and retention programs, conducting and assisting with employee HR trainings, backup for compensation and benefits data collection and analysis, HRIS processing, assisting with payroll/benefits backup and being a resource for employees and managers on employee relations issues and District policies.

 

Annual salary $56,885 to $68,262 DOE incl. medical/dental/vision, STD/LTD, Pension & Def Comp Plans, paid leave & recreation privileges. Requirements

Requires knowledge of current principles, practices & policies of Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; and three years experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination. Excellent customer service and people skills. Very good organizational, administrative, and analytical skills Computer and math skills for Word, Excel, presentation and financial accounting applications. Detail oriented and able to handle and work with confidential/sensitive information. Possess strong oral, written and presentation skills. Effectively and courteously communicate (in-person/written) with the public and all levels of employees. Maintain a composed and friendly presence when dealing with irate employees or customers, and remove personal bias when dealing with business matters. Possess a valid Driver’s License and able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
