The primary focus of this Human Resources Administrator will be to administer benefits, compensation, wellness, leave and Workers' Compensation. It reports to the Human Resources Director and interacts with department heads, elected officials, Town employees, and the general public. 

This is an exempt position (not eligible for overtime) with a hiring range of $53,841 - $74,139 depending on qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, vacation, sick leave, tuition reimbursement, a health reimbursement arrangement, a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous employer match, and a voluntary supplemental 457 plan.

Requirements

Minimum requirements for the Human Resources Administrator are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; and
  • Considerable human resources experience; or
  • Any combination of education, experience, special qualifications and training that provide the equivalent scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work.
