UHS is seeking a Human Resources Market Director in Nashville, Tennessee to provide strategic HR direction to the Behavioral Health facilities and the UHS Regional office located in the Nashville, Tennessee market. In this role you will provide strategic oversight to assigned facilities, as well as oversee human resources operations to determine areas of strength and opportunity for improvement. Collaborate with local and other company leaders to recruit, retain and develop employees to enable strong business and clinical outcomes.

UHS is seeking a Director of Human Resources for the Shadow Mountain Behavior Health System in Tulsa, OK. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, conducting employee benefits and savings plus enrollment meetings, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, employment verifications and organizing all employee activities and in-services. This position reports to the CEO.


Education: Bachelor's degree, required, however, Master's degree highly is preferred.

Certification: Certification as PHR or SPHR certification, highly preferred.

Experience: Professional HR experience, preferably in a multi-site Hospital or specialty healthcare services environment with management experience.

Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested. Routine travel among facilities may be expected.
