The HR Administrators mission is to improve the Human Resources capacity of M3 by upholding company standards during the hiring & selection process; developing methods to target the retention & development of high performers; engaging & supporting the entire organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Policy and Systems Administration: Answer employee questions about HR guidelines, procedures and regulations. Maintain employee files and administrative protocols and perform audits of systems for accuracy. Update UltiPro HRIS for employee data, changes, announcements and important policies. Process all terminations and conduct exit interviews.
  • HR Programs: Coordinate all HR activities and programs; including awards and recognition programs, employee birthdays, volunteering program, CEO lunches, wellness initiatives, holiday parties, company-wide meetings and annual kick-off events.
  • Recruitment: Coordinate background screenings, reference check interviews, draft offer letters and assist hiring managers in interviewing process and compensation management.
  • Onboarding: Organize and conduct new hire orientations and paperwork processing, to ensure full employment compliance and understanding of benefits enrollment provisions. Support employees and managers in onboarding throughout first 90 days. Ensure all new hires and existing employees possess proper employment eligibility verifications.
  • Benefits: Counsel employees on plan provisions, including medical, dental, vision, 401K plans so that individuals can make informed benefits decisions. Act as a resource for payroll/HR contacts/managers to ensure their compliance with benefits and oversee yearly benefits open enrollment period.
  • Reports: Generate reports on a regular basis to identify and monitor issues related to employee’s FMLA leave, short and long-term disability, disciplinary actions, training, diversity and any investigations, ensuring full adherence to administrative procedures.
  • Projects: Assist Director of Human Resources in supporting internal business clients, providing employee relation services and achieving company-wide goals, projects and objectives. Research and analyze trends in HR and make recommendations for process and program improvements.

  • Other miscellaneous projects and duties, as requested or needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required
  • 2-5 year of human resources experience is preferred
  • Experience with UltiPro or other HRIS is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Teamwork-oriented with excellent people skills
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proactive and efficient and demonstrates a willingness to learn and take on challenging assignments
  • General accounting knowledge and strong math skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
