Manage and oversee Dayforce, the US Human Resources Information Systems, for a 900+ US employee population.  Develop, implement and modify system requirements based upon company needs.  Responsible for maintaining integrity of the system.  Develop custom reports and internal system processes.  Provide applicable training to end users. Project Manage HRIS projects within budget and deadline. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a master user for our HRIS and time and attendance systems, ensuring data accuracy
  • Ensure proper system configuration to support evolving business needs or system process changes
  • Maintain close working relationship with Dayforce regarding system configuration, invoicing, service, etc.
  • Partner with HR Managers to coordinate the employee compensation and change process
  • Project manage all HRIS projects
  • Generate reports per standard internal/external reporting requirements as well as respond to frequent ad hoc requests for information
  • Manage HRIS Specialist inclusive of oversight of employee lifecycle transactions (e.g. new hires, salary increases, etc.) while providing general day to day guidance and oversight
  • Manage and process EEO1 Reporting
  • Partner with Payroll and Benefits on system needs and implementation
  • Partner with Finance to produce ongoing General Ledger reports
  • Partner with global contacts for all HRIS system-related global projects
  • Coordinate with Benefits on annual Open Enrollment system configuration
  • Manage and run monthly Turnover reports

Requirements

Experience, skills, and qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience working with HR systems and data
  • HRIS administration, including maintenance, reporting, enhancement/implementation, and support
  • Knowledge of HR Generalist, Payroll, and Benefits practices and understanding of how HR Systems support these functions
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented; able to work autonomously and with the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Strong multi-tasking skills; functions well in a demanding environment.
  • Experience managing time and attendance software and processes
  • Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize well and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a changing environment

Preferable

  • Dayforce/Ceridian software helpful
  • Experience working within a global environment
  • EEO1 reporting experience
