Description:

The HRIS Administrator works with HR team members, managers, employees and external vendors to support HR business processes, to create workflow efficiencies and to provide a user-friendly experience. This includes HRIS system management, creating and/or analyzing reports, system configuration, and responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries. The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for documentation of workflow and process configurations within a Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform that encompasses all modules/clouds.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages HRIS projects from inception thru completion.
  • Ensures timely delivery of projects, on time, and within budget.
  • Applies best practices for using Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), creating workflow efficiencies, and providing a user-friendly experience for employees, management & other system admins.
  • Initiates set-up and launch of recurring and unique tasks.
  • Integrates CSOD with other systems (ex. payroll, timekeeping, benefits, job distribution/multi-posting technology, online meetings software).
  • Creates custom reports and dashboards as required.
  • Constructs back-end settings to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manages system maintenance and updates.
  • Communicates information and manages quarterly release changes.
  • Creates and updates user guides.
  • Maintains data integrity, confidentiality, and system security at all times.
  • Provides desktop support to managers and employees.
  • Works with department leaders to upload materials and documents and streamlines processes.
  • Supports the Chief Talent Development Officer with updates to learning materials and workflow upgrades.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated HRIS or HRMS experience in implementing and maintaining a system that is user-friendly and meets business needs
  • Must have demonstrated and relative experience with two or more of the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Clouds/Modules or similar HRIS SaaS: Core (Employee Data), Learning, Performance, Succession, Recruiting/ATS, Onboarding, Compensation, Cornerstone HR (Forms Automation)
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office and SharePoint
  • Strong HTML skills
  • Exemplary writing and documentation skills
  • Experience using Articulate Storyline a plus
  • Strong system configuration, analytical, and database skills
  • Demonstrated ability to continue learning new HRIS skills and to train others
