Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time opportunity for a HRIS Administrator to join the Human Resources Department of our Doral (Miami), FL office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. 

Position Summary:

The HRIS Administrator will provide administrative support for Shared Services HR team with a focus on HRMS and HR transactions including data entry, ensuring data integrity, and conducting various metrics and reporting.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete HR transaction data entry, including new hires, employee changes, vacation requests, and separations using UltiPro and Kronos
  • Respond to general inquiries and concerns from HR staff, employees and management relating to pay, PTO, hours worked, and other HR data issues
  • Run and distribute routine reports using Cognos, UltiPro, EMS, Kronos & viDesktop
  • Support data integrity in all HR systems by conducting routine audits; review information, and follow-up with offices as necessary on following reports: New Hire, Termination, LOA, Employee w/ Termed Supervisors
  • Ensure new hire receives welcome letter
  • Provide backup to Kronos editors on a firm wide basis.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills, aptitude to read, interpret, and implement policies and procedures

 

Qualifications & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or in related field
  • One to three years in an administration role with exposure to HR; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years functional experience with HR databases and other HRIS tools supporting HR
  • Must have knowledge of database and internet software; human resource and payroll systems such as UltiPro, Kronos, and HRIS software experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in 2010 MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
