The City of Coppell seeks a dynamic individual who has a passion for public service in the role as HR Systems Administrator. As HR Systems Administrator, you fulfill our HR Vision of creating value and cultivating culture by performing various human resources related functions specifically in areas relating to electronic systems that support recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, risk management, payroll, onboarding/offboarding and personnel administration. We serve and exceed expectations at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of various computerized information process flows and impact between the HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll and Finance areas is vital to this position.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably with a municipality. A Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
