  • Recruiting support will liaise with vendors, create job postings, and oversee ATS. Also responsible for assisting with the initial screening process, reference checks and tracking recruiting expenses.

  • Provide personnel support through creating personnel workflow IDs, monitoring personnel files and support periodic audits to ensure compliance.

  • Oversee E-Verify process and pass orders

  • Interface with our payroll platform (ADP) to build employee profiles, term/archive members.

  • Distribute employee welcome emails: providing employee IDs and collecting staff exclusive orders.

  • Placing staff exclusive orders (AS400)

  • Distribute benefit eligibility emails, enroll new members, and trigger COBRA notifications and monthly invoice reconciliation.

  • Oversee labor law poster accounts, distribution and invoice reconciliation

  • Administrative support: store supply orders (AS400), roster & store list updates, monthly headcounts, anniversary announcements, employee gifts, celebrations & team events.


  • Bachelors degree in related fields required

  • Entry level experience eligible, related internships preferred

  • Excellent computer skills required – MS office, Excel, PowerPoint
