• Bachelors’ degree in human resources, business administration, or other relevant discipline; masters’ degree preferred
• Three or more years human resource experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, including previous HR Consultant or HR Partner experience
• Strong union and labor relations experience
• Proven track record working in healthcare highly desired
• PHR or SPHR preferred
