This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global HR team in a highly dynamic environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Operations, the HR Operations Lead coordinates the overall operations of the HR Unit in order to provide proactive, results-oriented global HR service to the company. The HR Operations Lead will contribute to the development of new, and improvement of existing, HR policies, systems, and practices.  This person will serve as the Team Lead for HR Operations team.  

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all personnel “lifecycle” transactions follow the appropriate procedures/policies and that all requirements are met prior to approval of the transaction.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Operations team, through improvements to current global processes, as well as coordination and communication between business divisions.
  • Review offer letters that route through from Talent Acquisition for accuracy and general compliance.
  • Manage the corporate employee on-boarding process and executive employment agreement administration.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert to the HR Operations team regarding all on-boarding process.
  • Partner with external departments to ensure continuity in new hire information.
  • Ensure proper setup of employees in all HR systems.
  • Provide leadership and training to junior staff members.
  • Received and responds to requests concerning HR policies/programs
  • Appropriately routes requests from employees to others for additional information
  • Manage employees’  files and folders
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • May manage special projects
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned.
  • You will be the "face" of Astreya for all new hires.


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Sciences or other related fields
  • Minimum of five+ years of experience in an HR Operations role
  • Experience working in a high tech environment, staffing services and/or professional services company a plus
  • General knowledge of employment laws, practices and government compliance regulations.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with sensitivity to a diverse employee population
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead team members
  • Resourceful with an ability to operate with limited information
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests from multiple sources
  • Be a person who can improve processes and quality
