Sensitech, Inc. is focused on delivering supply chain visibility solutions that track, monitor, and protect products for global leaders in the food, life sciences, consumer goods, and industrial markets. Our solutions are focused in three key areas: quality and compliance, supply chain security, and logistics performance management.

We are currently seeking an HR Manager for our Redmond, WA distribution site and a small group of employees in US Field & Canada.

HR Management (75%)

 

  • HR Business Partner overseeing the effective interpretation of HR policies, strategies, procedures and methods of administration and recommending appropriate courses of action to management.

 

  • Provide counsel to leaders on a variety of HR and business related issues on both strategic and tactical levels.

  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on employee-related and organizational matters, serving as an employee advocate and as a coach to employees and leaders.

  • Lead key HR processes for assigned organizations, including staffing, organizational design, leadership development, salary planning, performance management and employee relations.

  • Lead identification, selection and retention of talent. Develop and execute plans for talent acquisition, development and succession planning.

  • Ensure human resource compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of human resource practices and policies.

Special Projects and Analytics (25%)

  • Participate as a member of the Global HR team on various projects within and outside of designated region/client group

  • Represent location and/or Sensitech HR in inter-departmental and cross-functional projects

  • Conduct and provide input into analyses, HR metrics reporting, data requests

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business- or HR-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in professional Human Resources roles

  • Knowledge of HR environment and related employment and labor regulations in the United States

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Successful experience working with a diverse group of people and cultures

  • Experience working at manufacturing/distribution site, preferred

     

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • PHR or SPHR a plus

     

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Workday experience

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment

  • Must be a self-starter and possess strong leadership, organizational, facilitation, and teamwork skills

  • Bi-/multi-lingual a plus

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with our Company Values and Code of Ethics

  • Work is performed without direction; participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives; work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives

  • None

     

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires domestic and international travel, less than 10% of time
