Job Description
CapTech is seeking a senior HR leader to join our Human Resources department and help deliver innovative and effective solutions. The successful candidate will help drive HR initiatives that make CapTech one of the “Best Firms to Work For.”
Responsibilities
Develop a broad understanding of all CapTech HR programs and manage their implementation
Work with leadership on key HR initiatives including engagement, development and performance management, creating a competitive advantage for CapTech
Assist with design and administration of compensation strategy and programs; partner with office leadership to ensure consistency
Act as an advisor/consultant to CapTech managers/employees on employee relations and performance matters
Maintain the organizations compliance with federal and state HR laws and regulations
Participate in the creation and interpretation of policies and procedures
Lead/present HR related training
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field required with 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience
HR certification (SHRM/HRCI) preferred
Management and/or IT Consulting experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of human resources strategy, administration and emerging trends
Experience in organizational development, employee relations and federal and state employment laws.
Demonstrated success in advancing HR services which support the organizational growth
Experience in compensation administration; compensation design experience is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and communications skills that include writing, coaching, advising and presenting
Excellent relationship management skills and ability to resolve issue with diplomacy and tact
