GOLD MEDAL BAKERY

One of the leading manufacturers in southeastern, MA is offering a great internship opportunity in our                       Human Resources Department.

Operating since 1912, GOLD MEDAL BAKERY produces and transports quality bread products of bread, rolls and                              English muffins to area supermarkets.

Work in an environment where you can have a real impact reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. Learn and grow in the HR field where you will assist in a variety of HR tasks including training, new hire processing, compliance and employee record retention, etc. You may also assist in seasonal projects such as Open Enrollment, department meetings, and special employee events!   

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Human Resources.
  • High level of MS Office expertise, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
  • Strong organizational skill and attention to details are required.
  • Excellent communication, writing and documentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all employees.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Must be able to provide at least two professional references.
