  • Provide support to the recruiting and hiring process, including job postings, reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and research best practices for onboarding materials
  • Evaluate HR data to identify and review trends that impact the business. Make recommendations based on the results
  • Assist HR team with departmental initiatives and projects as assigned

Requirements

EDUCATION/ACCREDITATION

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited college or university.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Previous HR support experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualize
  • Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple support functions
